If you notice a large difference between what you see on our website and what you observe on the causeway, please let us know. When you do that, take into account the following:

1. Traffic conditions could change dramatically within half an hour or so.
2. Make sure you passed all four segments before you email us, since the conditions at the start could be very different from the end.
