1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Zahma O La, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. The service

Zahma O La is a social coordination app that lets you create Jadwals: shared group plans with stops, timelines, and check-ins. Coordinate outings with friends, family, and groups. We reserve the right to update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zahma O La. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your profile

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zahma O La only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws in Bahrain or the GCC

6. Jadwals and content

You own the content you create in Zahma O La. Your Jadwals, stops, and notes remain yours. By creating content on the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it to provide the service to you and your invited group members. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Privacy

Your use of Zahma O La is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Your Jadwals are private by default. Mahfof Jadwals are visible only to the people you specifically invite.

8. Intellectual property

All Zahma O La branding, design, software, and content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Zahma O La and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Zahma O La is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed meetups, incorrect location data, or service interruptions.

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from your use of Zahma O La shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
